Organizational Consultation and Development

When workforce issues happen, we can guide you through them. We offer a variety of services to help your organization, including:

  • Management Consultation. Challenging workplace situations run the gamut — from addressing job performance problems or tensions among team members, to preserving morale during corporate reorganizations, to supporting employees after an accident or the death of a co-worker.

    We are here to help reinforce your effectiveness in managing situations like these. Our consultation services will help you to work through difficult circumstances — or as part of a proactive approach before problems escalate.

  • Developing Engaged and Creative Employees: Coaching Skills for Leaders. This manager coaching course draws on our experience in managerial and work performance consultation. It incorporates principles from positive psychology, resilience studies, and adult learning and systems theory.

    Each of the six four-hour modules includes interactive experiences to stimulate discussion, such as scenarios, role-play, partner exercises, videos, and podcasts. Participants will be asked to apply skills and concepts between sessions with their direct reports.

  • Workplace Civility Initiative. This training focuses on facilitating a culture shift within your organization toward respect and psychological safety.
