Andrew Yohe Named President and CEO of Workpartners

PITTSBURGH (Jan. 28, 2025)—The UPMC Insurance Services Division announced today that Andrew Yohe has been appointed chief executive officer of its Workpartners® division. Workpartners, a people activation company, helps companies sustain workplaces so employees can maintain their physical and emotional health.

Mr. Yohe has 25 years of experience driving business growth through data-driven strategies and operational excellence. In his most recent role as chief operating officer of Workpartners, he managed a workforce of more than seven hundred employees; led the company's operational, analytic, and technology functions; and worked to define and execute the overall strategy. Under his leadership, Workpartners’ business lines achieved an increase in business opportunity growth from 2023 to 2024.

He is dedicated to expanding Workpartners' external service offerings through enhanced distribution channels and strategic business development opportunities,” said Mary Beth Jenkins, CEO of UPMC Health Plan and president of the UPMC Insurance Services Division.

Mr. Yohe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
