What activates you?
I look to help people by bringing creative solutions to everyday issues and challenges they present. I believe trying something is better than over-analyzing a solution. Adjustments can be made as they are needed.

What activates you?
I began my career in a multi-disciplinary cardiopulmonary and PT/OT rehabilitation clinic working with individuals recovering from a wide range of traumatic health events or diagnoses. This allowed me to experience first-hand the negative consequences of lifestyle choices, as well as experience the potential for the human body to recover from negative health events by leveraging the “right” combination of healthy lifestyle practices. These experiences inspire me daily toward helping individuals to make better health choices and to improve their overall health, well-being, and quality of life.
Jeffrey Swaney, Vice President, Workers’ Compensation

What activates you?
I like solving complicated problems—much like a puzzle, but as a career. I think that it’s crazy to look at a bunch of disparate details and try to figure out how they come together, although, the challenge is typically to figure out why things are not coming together. Ultimately, I just plain love to engineer.
