Workpartners offers employee assistance programs for companies across many industries and vocations. But we recognize that certain workforces have needs and concerns that go beyond traditional EAP services. Below are examples of the groups we support with specialized services (and we can design programs to help populations who aren’t specifically called out).
Health care workers
Workpartners’ Physician Assistance Program, Nurse Assistance Program, and Resident and Fellow Assistance Program help health care workers and their families cope with the unique challenges of a life in medicine. Physician and nursing leaders, as well as hospital executives, work with us to deliver easy-to-access resources to their physicians and nurses, helping them better manage their demanding lives.
Faculty, staff, and students
Many of our clients are educational institutions, and we understand their particular needs. Our user-friendly tools are simple for students and faculty to navigate, and we help administrators manage their diverse benefit offerings.
Union members
Our Member Assistance Program (MAP) helps union workers deal with stress, enhance their job skills and career success, and deal with work and life issues. Workpartners has served labor unions for more than 20 years, and our MAP was created with input from union leaders.
First responders, including EMS, police, and firefighters
First responders always step up to help. But what happens when they’re the ones who need support? We offer programs and services that help address the issues tied to these professions, including higher reported rates of stress and burnout, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and other anxiety-related mental health conditions.
Older/senior adult populations
We offer programs to maintain and preserve the good health of older employees and their family members. Our outstanding customer service ensures seniors can easily access the full range of helpful benefits available to them. We are dedicated to treating our older clients with dignity and respect, and that we offer services that preserve their quality of life.
