Reimagine Your On-site Clinics: Creating a Targeted Population Health Strategy

For employers that have invested in onsite clinics to improve workforce health and productivity outcomes, access has become an increasingly complex topic - especially during the pandemic and with the growth of remote work. UPMC clinics had to rapidly pivot to a 100% virtual care model, revealing the opportunity to reimagine how onsite clinic staff can help address some of our toughest workforce challenges.

During this session, we'll share how integrated analytics with predictive modeling helped us to identify target subpopulations for early intervention and how a total population health approach allowed better integration across the entire spectrum of short-term disability, leave, workers' compensation, wellness, care management, and advocacy.
