Workpartners announces expansion of its Workers Compensation services into Maryland and New Jersey
Unique approach delivers efficiencies and “whole person,” health-focused approach to supporting employers and their workers
PITTSBURGH (June 2, 2021)—UPMC’s Workpartners, a people activation company, today announced that its Workers’ Compensation Group has expanded to offer its unique, holistically focused services to employers in Maryland and New Jersey, in addition to Pennsylvania and Delaware. As part of the Absence portfolio of Workpartners’ integrated, data-driven, person-centric approach to human capital management, the workers’ compensation group brings efficiencies and economies of scale to address companies’ work-related claims.
This major geographic expansion reflects a growing regional demand for competitive workers’ compensation products that are customizable and developed collaboratively with employers and brokers. This collaborative approach helps clients address data conversion, professional claims management of takeover and new claims, case management, physician peer review, strong analytical safety support, safety committee support, medical cost containment, OSHA reporting, and other complementary services.
